HOW THE SENSITIVITY GUARANTEE WORKS

  • Order your product or products.

  • If a product causes an unwanted reaction on your skin, e.g. irritation, e-mail customercare@laponieskincare.com within 30 days of receiveing your order, and describe your reaction.

  • We'll compensate the product or products in question.

PLEASE NOTE

Simply not liking a product or feeling that e.g. a moisturiser is too light is not grounds for the guarantee. The guarantee is valid only for purchases made in the Laponie webshop.
