- If a certain product causes an unwanted reaction on your skin, e.g. irritation, send us an email within 30 days of receiving your order to customercare@laponieskincare.com and describe your reaction.
- We'll compensate the product/products in question. N.B: Simply not liking the product or feeling that e.g. a moisturiser is too light is not grounds for the guarantee.
