What is your returns policy?
We have a 30 day returns policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Can I make an exchange?
We can only replace products if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us of any defects or damages immediately upon reception or as soon as you notice any defect or damage. If you wish to exchange your faulty product for a new one send us an email at customercare(at)laponie.com.
What if I don't pick up my order?
If you fail to pick up your order, and your order is returned, we will send it back to once. free of charge. For a second return, we will charge you for shipping. Please note, that this does not apply to our free Trial Sets, which we'll send only once.
Can I send a gift?
Yes. At check out enter the delivery address of the person to whom you are sending your gift. Please note, at this moment we are unable to provide gift wrapping.
Shipping - countries, delivery times and pricing
N.B. Due to the impact of COVID-19 impact on warehouse picking and shipping, we might occasionally face delays of 2 working days in our delivery times
At the moment, we ship to countries in the EU (including the UK), Norway and Switzerland. For shipping to other countries, please contact us at customercare(at)laponieskincare.com.
Please note, that the final purchase price may change when you enter your delivery address. Please note, that at the moment, we offer only standard shipping.
For Finland, Sweden and Denmark, we provide free shipping on all purchases. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.
For Norway and other EU countries we provide free shipping on all orders over 25€. On orders below 25€, we will charge a country specific flat rate for standard shipping calculated at check out. For EU countries please allow 2-7 business days for delivery, and for Norway, Switzerland please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

I haven't received my order - what do I do?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your email, usually within a maximum 3 days from ordering.
Orders in Finland are delivered via the Finnish Post and orders in Sweden by DHL. All other countries are operated by FedEx. When your order is available for pickup (Finland and Sweden) or is out for delivery (all other countries), you will be notified by respective courier. Please note, that should you fail to pick up or receive your order, we will re-ship you order once. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any inquiries.
