Where we started
Iida-Maria's skin is dry or surface dry. She has suffered from adult acne for about 15 years and, according to her own words, has tried almost all possible medical treatments and countless different products.
"Painful, hard bumps and small rash-like pimples often appear on my skin. I get small pimples especially on my forehead, chin and on the edges of the cheeks. Also, my skin is really dry. It also gets irritated easily and turns red.”
We created the following skincare routine for Iida-Maria, which she used to take care of her skin for six weeks
Cleansing with the Mild Milk Cleanser in the morning and the Nourishing Oil Cleanser in the evening. After that, either the Purifying or Renewing Serum as needed and finally Balancing Essence Mist mixed with a small amount of 2-in-1 Hydrating Face Mask & Cream.
After six weeks, it seemed that Iida-Maria's skin was still searching for balance. Therefore, the skincare routine was modified and Softening Face Oil was added to it, and serums were left out of daily use for a while, except for the occasional use of the Purifying serum on inflamed areas.
After eight weeks, Iida-Maria's skin was in better shape and the following combination of products had become her skincare routine
"In the mornings, I have cleansed my face with Mild Milk Cleanser. I apply the cleanser to my face and rinse with plenty of water or wipe with a cotton pad. In the evenings, I have used my make-up with the Nourishing Oil Cleanser.
In the mornings/evenings, I have first applied either the Purifying Serum and/or the Renewing Serum on the face. I have used the products in varying ways.
As the last step, I've taken some Hydrating Face Mask & Cream and sprayed a bit of the Balancing Essence Mist into it and applied it to my face. In the evenings, I’ve applied Softening Face Oil to my face."
More moisturised and healthier skin
"My skin has clearly felt more moisturized. I also think it has a healthier color and more elasticity. Make-up goes on better. I haven't had large and painful pimples under the skin for a while. Some impurities still surface from time to time, but clearly less often than before."
